Purchase Instructions

1) To purchase a painting, e-mail the following information to :

Name of Painting
Your Name
Mailing Address

Shipping Address (where you want the painting shipped)
Your E-Mail Address
Business Phone (Optional)
Home Phone (Optional)

2) You will receive a reply e-mail which includes the total purchase price. US & Canadian customers pay a flat $35 US shipping and handling fee. Sales tax of 6% is due from Ohio, USA customers only. (International Customers will be notified of shipping and handling fees based on shipping location.)

3) Make payment via Paypal.com. Payment should be sent to the e-mail address in item 1, above.

4) Painting will be shipped within 5 business days after Paypal payment is received.
